Q3 2017-18

Report Date
May 2018

Some positive conversations held at the Awards Ceremony: Chancellors - Heather Anderson promised to try to get the team up and running again to re-accredit in 2018-19: Engineering - spoke to Rupert Myers who is a relatively new academic there and is enthusiastic to try to get more areas involved (assuming those areas are compatible with enough of the lab awards criteria).

SCRM tissue culture labs (not the whole of SCRM) want to take part this year and I have visited them (Theresa O'Connor) to give an introduction to the scheme and a quick walk around their area.

So if we get a new team in Engineering (or maybe multiple?), along with SCRM and re-instatement of Chancellor's that would be a good boost of 3 additional teams (taking the total to 15).
