This project will deliver an Interface which will transfer the Lease Sales Invoice information to the appropriate eFinancials Sales Ledger (via CLINK). The Interface will also post back to Archibus that the invoices have been sent to eFinancials.
The Lease Sales Invoice Information is produced via the Property and Lease Module which is part of the new functionality being delivered by the EST060 Web Central v18 Upgrade. It should be noted that this functionality has not yet been fully delivered by EST060 and this project is dependent on that work being completed.
At proposal stage, it was anticipated that Journals would also be delivered but the Business has since de-scoped this requirement.
Finance have already supplied the required CLINK spec to Estates and Estates have produced files which are awaiting manual upload by Finance. The successful manual load of the CLINK files will form the basis of the spec of requirements for this project.
