Items finished 4/06/13. - Alister and Ron Stopped updating TEST 10 am 4-Jun - Anne M Sent Anne F the Roles and Responsibilities document on project website - 4-Jun - Dougie gave Alister the 6 client pc details and Alister updated the wiki with them. One new client pc is due to be set up. - Georgina asked about the TAD diagram on 7-Feb-13 Georgina fed a comment back from the previous TAD EST054 that one supplier in 2008 didn't feel it was correct, however the EST072 diagram is for the 3 suppliers |

Alister was planning to switch over EST072 metering today however neither Optima/Charlotte or E&B / Georgina are in. Alister had agreed this last week So will be carried out on the 7th. |

Have to replan again as Optima contact who will verify testing with Estates is off sick and is suspected with Flu.
Testing may be able to proceed week beginning 8th April assuming required people are back, but will delay all later milestones milestones |

| User Testing and Go Live plans |
Georgina plans to do User Testing on Monday 18th March for Energy Recording Systems. The only item Georgina feels might be tricky is to practice installing a new meter. These tend to arrive in batches, however she has none to do at present.
If we cannot install this work by 25th March we are likely to have to wait until the 17th April, given holidays of the project personnel

| Update |
Update 8/1/13 ITI items set up and TAD underway. TAD has been impacted by COM001 - Office 365. Pride has had to work on this on 7th and 8th, so has not had the resourced time he expected to have available for this work. Pride still expects to have the TAD completed by 21/22 Jan and have it reviewed and agreed by the external supliers by the 25th, so that Buld/Acceptance testing can proceed as expected. |
