Achievements in Last Period

  • The configuration of the Perspective with the building contact information has been on-going
  • User testing has been successfully completed by the security team
  • Having completed testing, the test transactions were cleared down and all live security incidents recorded have been re-entered into the new Perspective system without any issues being reported
  • User training for the senior security personnel has been completed
  • A revised go-live strategy has been formulated to advance the go-live whereby;
    • The Test system containing all live incidents from April 1 will be copied to the live system
    • Security officers on completing training will commence using the new Perspective live system
    • The remaining security officers will continue to utilise IRIS to receord incidents.  In addition, arrangements have been made to re-enter the details into Perspective
  • User training scenarios are being developed for the forthcoming security officer training
  • The live infrastructure has been prepared in advance of going live
