Impact and Dependencies

• Trend 963 is a standalone application, so there are no dependencies on  other projects
• The dependency on the Trend 963 application being upgraded to version 3.6.2 prior to the project commencing has been successfully completed on 5th June .
• Extra licenses for test environment may be required 
• There will be a large dependency on both Estates and Building personnel, along with the supplier to configure the new system  
• No further impacts identified at this point, however when they do arise this will be handled by re-planning or by resolving resource conflicts
