During the month good progress has been made resulting in the system becoming operational on the new infrastructure

Achievements

• The build of the LIVE environment was successfully completed  as a result of the following activity

  • Confirmed Live Acceptance

  • Planned DR LIVE
  • Completed DR test in LIVE
• As a result of teh good progress, the budget set aside for contingency is no longer required and as a result, this has been reduced by 27 days from 82 to 55 days

Issues

• Requirement to identify remote access connectivity for East Coast systems out of normal office hours

Next Steps

Complete the remaining stages regarding moving the project to completion, namely;

• Deployment Sign Off
• Closure

As the project continues according to plan, the project retain the RAG status of Green
