This project is based on the understanding that there will be the requirement for the Estates Department to produce management reporting information for strategic purposes such as the yet to be defined Resource Allocation Model (RAM) and the HESA Estates Management Record (EMR). It is expected that he RAM will require a variety of information associated with space utilisation, maintenance and development costs (Archibus) along with costs associated with other systems associated activities such as Energy, Waste Management, cleaning etc.
This project will require to undertake 4 specific entities
- a full business analysis to determine the actual data required
- a technical evaluation regarding the source of the data and establish the appropriate data relationships
- prepare a technical design to deliver the required reporting
- report definition and production
Other strategic reports may also be needed in terms of making better use of the data that is available from HESA’s EMR reporting framework.
