The overall project budget is 200 days.   The IS estimate to complete through to the end of Business analysis is 48 days. The Business estimate to complete through to the end of Business analysis is 30 days.  

 At this point we should have a much better estimate on the subsequent stages. There will be a business gate review to agree any futher expenditure.
