Project Team meeting held on Thursday 11th May

• Upgrade and Recovery of Missing Data
  • On-going discussions with Estates, IS Apps and supplier regarding possible dates within May.  Technical lead has advised that he will be not be available until 31st May
  • The supplier has advised they could also provide a solution via a cloud based solution. After discussion with the project team, it was agreed that this could be further explored to determine the pros and cons
• On-going discussions regarding training to determine possible date
  • Doodle poll set up to determine possible training dates
    • In reviewing dates over the next two weeks, the only date acceptable to all (16th May) was not available to the supplier
    • Further poll set up to extend dates to 13th June
• Project team have provided feedback regarding outline training schedule
• Holyrood metering review scheduled for Monday 22nd May by Robert MacGregor
