It has not been possible to progress much this week due to office moves and holidays within Estates.

• Missing Data - no update 
• Dynamat Modbus Pilot project - brief review to search for new meters has proved to be unsuccessful
• Optima Visualiser - awaiting feedback from Estates regarding next scheduled 2.5 day workshop to complete the reports

The project manager has advised the Estates programme manager of concerns regarding the current strategy of this project in continuing to follow the parallel stream of firstly reviewing the Dynamat Modbus Pilot along with trying to fix the missing data and upgrade to the latest version of Dynamat Radio Bird. Due to pressures on current project team, it may be more pertinent to review the Modbus Pilot project (as all the data is present) and if acceptable move to the cloud based solution as this would save additional effort on correcting the missing data and testing the new Dynamat upgrade.
