Asset Management Data Migration

  3. Test Plan & Test Scripts created by Business Analyst
  4. Test Data Migrated to Test Environment by Mass
  5. Final Cutover / Migration of Data from Portal sent to Live Environment by Mass.
  6. Reconciliation Activities

Enterprise Asset Management Activation & Migration of Collection Client Template

  1. Procurement of Enterprise Asset Module
  2. Test Plan & Test Scripts
  3. Activation of Module
  4. Migration Plan from MASS for Collection Client Template
  5. UAT / SIT Test Module and Collection Client in Test UoE Environment
  6. Go Live with Enterprise Asset Management Module and Collection Client Template

JIRASs – Will be addressed individually and managed directly in JIRAS System.

 

Resources, Skills and Costs

It is expected that the majority of the skills required for this project internally will be covered by IS PM, IS BA, and likely a small amount of time from Dev Tech. 

The following costs externally may be incurred by Mass and confirmation against each item is required:-

  1. Procurement and Implementation of Enterprise Asset Management
  2. Cost to migrate data from Mass
  3. Costs for all JIRASs from Mass
