Achievements in Last Period

  • Resolution of some UAT errors associated with 'Long-term asset data capture solution' and re-testing
  • Confirmation of Security asset data management approach within Archibus
  • Security asset data validation (pilot) and data mapping to Archibus fields
  • Single site pilot (207 assets uploaded)
  • Combined quote for all mobile related JIRA work received and updated Business CAse presented for approval
  • Initial preparation for final asset data migration including Go-CAB approval and resource alignment

Issues

  • On-going conflict between JIRA / Archibus customisation requirements and change freeze on Archibus quotes
  • Continued delays on JIRA work/decisions and impact project time-scales - decisions with IS and Estates Programme leads
  • Security asset data 'proof of concept' unable to progress as key SME resource being reassigned away from asset management activities
