•Asset Data Capture using mobile devices completed the survey of the 56 buildings.

• Refined to take account of EST098 dependency

•Migration approach agreed (utilise ARCHIBUS 23.1 test environment)

Issues

•Technical resource capacity and prioritisation issue from internal Dev Tech allocated resource and 3rd party team MASS have been an issue while the ARCHIBUS Upgrade project EST098 takes priority; Alleviated by the delay to EST099 delivery

•Resource forecast to be revalidated/approved based on

• Re-planning activity
• Brought into line with original 3 point estimate

•Project Brief not accepted by WIS; Rework ongoing

Next Steps

•Next Project Board to be scheduled

•Resource estimate to be formally accepted by Estates

•Asta to be refined with resource estimates

•Project Brief to be resubmitted to WIS

•Test Plan and Test Script

•Create Test Environment for initial Transmission and Reconciliation of data.
