  • Technical Oversight (Dev Tech Analyst, Enterprise Architect, Production Manager)
  • Integration with eFIN (Software Developer)
  • Integration with SharePoint (Project Services Solutions Consultant, Service Management SharePoint Solutions Manager for oversight)
  • Single Sign On (Dev Tech Analyst)
  • Security Standards Compliance (Office of the CISO)
  • Management of UAT (Project Services PM, Development Services Test Rail Consultant)
  • Floor walking and desk side support after Go Live (Project Services PM & BA, other members of the project team in IS on standby)
  • Support & Monitoring of Service once in Production (Service Manager, Support Analyst)

Polarisoft will provide:

  • Project Management
  • Polarisoft Internal Governance
  • Design Workshops & Conference Playback Sessions
  • Configuration of PPM Anywhere & supporting documentation
  • Support for Integration Testing
  • 3 SaaS environments
  • 25 user licences
  • Data Migration
  • Support for UAT
  • Training Needs Analysis
  • Preparation of bespoke training materials
  • Training
  • Floor walking and desk side support after Go Live
  • Support Contract and sign off of transition gates agreed as part of implementation and transition

Estates will provide:

  • Project Management
  • Governance via Project Board
  • Business Requirements, Business Processes, Document Templates, Report Formats  & other  Design Inputs
  • Attendance at design workshops & conference room playbacks
  • Review and Sign off of documentation
  • Gathering & Cleansing of Data for Migration
  • Collaborate on production of Bespoke Training Materials
  • Conduct UAT
  • Send all users to appropriate training courses
  • First line support

Corporate Finance will provide:

  • Oversight and consultancy on eFIN
  • eFIN test environment and test data

Project Touchdown Meeting

All active project delivery personnel to give progress update, agree next steps and raise and review risks and issues.

Weekly

IS Delivery Standup

A short meeting to keep on top of day to day activity and make course corrections as required.  Intended to be a safe space for IS staff to raise risks and issues and to report on progress.

Daily to Weekly as required by the project stage & status
