Report Date

Achievements

  • Bespoke Training Materials:  All training materials have now been completed.  During the training for testers any feedback will be updated into the training material.
  • UAT: A Full set of test scripts has now been agreed. These test scripts have been broken down into Phase one  (non SSO) and Phase 2  (SSO). Phase one has been broken down into four rounds. The tests have been uploaded into Testrail and testers have been allocated to each set of Testing. UAT training for Testing will run on the 02nd of April and the 04th of April. The User Acceptance Testing will then commence on the 08/04/19 for four weeks. During this time any defects found during  testing will be supported by Polarisoft and IS Development.
  • eFIN Integration build:  The dates for the Project were realigned as a result of a slippage in the delivery of the Myproject Financial screens. This has meant that the initial load of historical data into My Project and the daily feed have been delayed. The migration started the week of the 25th of March and found errors during the initial upload of data into Myproject. The bulk of the errors are sitting with Polarisoft, IS are also looking at the errors that have been assigned to them. The deadline for the migration to be completed is the 05/05  as this is required for the start of the User Acceptance Testing.
  • Security Testing : Vulnerability testing has taken place on the Dev environment and the no major issues have been found. Penetration testing has been delayed for four weeks as the tender requires to go out to find a supplier to run the test.
  • MyProject Build-  Efin Financial screens will be available for the User Acceptance Testing.
