Achievements

  • 7th March:  Formal engagement meeting with IS Section Heads.
  • 19th March:  Lunchtime Seminar delivered to audience of 30 drawn from around the University.
  • Communications Plan Complete

 

Next Steps

  • 16th April 2018:  Refine resource calculation with IS section heads and enter formal resource requests in ASTA.
  • Project Audit: Approach Andy Stewart to ask him to audit.
  • 25th April 2018:  Early Planning Session with Polarisoft.  Polarisoft  will take 6 weeks to mobilise after signing the contract.  In order to mitigate the effect of this we will have planning sessions during the 6 weeks so that we start Design and Build as early as possible.

 

Issues

Slow progress towards the signing of the final contract is delaying the start of EST103.  Every effort is being made to carry out activities that will allow a speedy start once this is achieved.  Polarisoft will participate in an early planning meeting ahead of the final award of contract to assist us.
