Achievements in Last Period
- 240 day budget approved.
- Monthly Business Project Team Meeting initiated and first session held.
- Key resources secured for design / build phases.
- Space and Maintenance Analysis refresh in progress with external consultants, and 1st draft analysis received and under review.
- A Business analyst, Nigel Hedley, has been assigned to the project.
- Delay in receiving a 1st draft of the analysis. This should not impact the overall delivery schedule. As we have not been able to see working copies of the analysis an appropriate risk has been raised to cover a probability that the analysis is not fit for purpose.
- Approve and sign-off Business Analysis.
- Commence design work.
