Achievements in Last Period

• Space and Maintenance Analysis - 1^st draft analysis received (see issue below).
• Design phase in progress.

Issues

• Analysis: Some issues with quality and content 1) Lack of clarity on scope & deliverables, 2) Lack of detail regarding attributes of fact/dimension entities, 3) Extraneous content, 4) Lack of alignment with BI/MI analysis tool-kit. These issues have been referred back to the supplier, and we are awaiting a recovery plan. However, the design phase can start.

Next Steps

• Approve and sign-off Business Analysis.
• Commence design work.
