Achievements in Last Period
- Space and Maintenance Analysis - 1st draft analysis received (see issue below).
- Additional analysis conducted on a missing Cost dimension.
- Design phase in progress.
- Analysis: We have now discussed and agreed a set of revisions with the Supplier, who will deliver a 2nd (and expected final) draft on 15th Jan. The project BA will then take control of the artefacts and make any further adjustments. The design phase can already start, but cannot complete until we have a sign-off final version of the analysis. There is an element of additional risk in this approach and the risk log has been reviewed and updated to reflect this.
- Approve and sign-off Business Analysis.
- Complete design work.
The project is reporting AMBER until a) the final analytical work and design is signed off, or b) the project dates are adjusted.
