- Key business SME has limited time to devote to the project, due to unavoidable constraints.
- Project is dependent upon the delivery of EDW Dev, Test & Live environments. Dev build is complete, but knock-on effect still to be calculated. The EDW Implementation project will be subject to a re-plan. This will impact EST109.
Next Steps
- Complete design work.
- Commence development
The project is reporting AMBER until a) design signed off, or b) impact of EDW Implementation delay understood.
