Archibus system has recently suffered from a lack of support from our current application support partner, Mass Systems.

A series of objectives are in place which seek to  achieve improvements in the areas below:

- Proactive support

- Measurable support performance

- Better support control and clearer engagement

- Platform stabilisation

- Move back to vanilla code

- Clearer accountability, ownership and Subject-Matter-Expertise

- Closer account engagement

- Close the gap between expectation and delivery

- Support Estates growth

- Improved financial and commercial control

- Strategic partnerships
