Following on from Estates CAFM detailed analysis (EST115), Estates Procurement will seek to procure a new CAFM solution to replace the current Archibus /EBIS CAFM solution:

- Agree procurement strategy for the procurement of a new CAFM solution

- Conclude requirements gathering for the following users:

  - Estates Operations Archibus users

  - Estates Finance and Procurement EBIS users

  - Estates users who may be able ot leverage a new central CAFM solution

  -Estates Support teams

- Support Estates in the business case for procurement of the new CAFM system

- Gain support from Estates regarding budgetary approval of this business case

- Post budgetary approval, to procure a new CAFM solution based on the requirements gathered in EST115

- Work in partnership with IS and Estates Programmes and Portfolios towards a co-ordinated, unified approach with particular focus on EBIS decommissioning and Information Management programmes (via Estates IS Portfolio)

- Work under CAFM Programme Roadmap and develop a seamless transition from procurement into implementation, embedding and optimisation of the CAFM solution into a live BAU service, including service design and transition
