Estates have requested improved flexibility and performance from their current EcoStruxure BEMS to meet the needs of their Energy Strategy. The supplier has recommended changes to the system software and support for external database to achieve this need. As the new software and databases require increased power changes will also be required to the underlying technical platform.

Estates plan to apply these platform changes permanently to the current architecture. Estates wish to retain same users authorised for the new systems as used the current Building Management Systems (BMS). This work is required to be completed by end July 2021.

Estates have reported that the current system has now reached capacity affecting Estates ability to monitor newly installed heating controllers. This work is now needs to be completed as a priority for Estates.
