Resources, Skills and Costs
IS will provide:
- Project Management
- Technology support for build and implementation
- Support for LIVE and TEST operational environments
- Governance and assurance including supplier engagement, technology and implementation
Estates will provide:
- Estates Business Lead for day to day engagement and provision of Estates resources.
- Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to support the business requirements, background information and engagement with vendors.
- Senior Users to review requirements, vendor engagement and support all implementation phase work (requirement definition, test to live, train staff).
- Business communications resource to assist in the creation and delivery of Estates-wide Programme and Project communications.
- Governance and assurance for business operations
Project Governance
The project will be governed under existing IS and Estates arrangements. The project will report to Apps Review and IS Senior Management in the normal way. The project will be reported as part of the current Estates MIS portfolio owned by Zoe Stephens and managed by Mark Ritchie. It is expected that the Project Manager will hold weekly team meetings with IS and Estates to review progress and will escalate any concerns within Estates, IS and Resolver as required.

Once off charge for provision of Servers estimate is £10,418.85. A breakdown of the current estimate and approach is available at this link. This covers provision of the Servers and five years IS support. Estates have stated that they would like to pay upfront for Servers.
