Achievements last period
- UAT has completed with good user participation.
- There were approximately 12 fixes identified through UAT, 5 of which are still to be resolved.
Issues
- Go-live was delayed, due to the number of fixes from 19/12/2022 and is now planned for the WC 09/01/2023.
- The Estates resource is leaving Estates on the on the 13th January and will join IS. Any work completed after the date of the 13th Jan will need to be billed to Estates. The new line management would also need to be in agreement with this arrangement.
Next steps
- Complete the remaining fixes
- Handover planned to BAU WC 9/01/2023
