Priority and Funding

This is a HIGHER priority project and is Sponsor Funded. The funding has been confirmed with Zoe Stephens.

Impact and Dependencies

  1. The rollout of People & Money procurement and financing modules in particular have created a significant workload for the same Estates staff required for the upgrade of Archibus. This project shall be undertaken during a window of opportunity in the P&M schedule. However due to the dependency around staff, P&M may have a significant impact on Estates staff availability.

  1. Estates have a support contract with Mass. A change in their support staff may have an impact upon the speed and depth of the work within this project and thereafter.

Project Risks

  • That Mass knowledge of UoE configuration and customization isn’t sufficiently detailed to deliver the necessary levels of detail for the upgrade work.
  • That work associated with P&M continues to take precedence, leading to long delays for this project.

  • That additional undiscovered complexities are uncovered, adding to cost/time to investigate further.
