IS will provide:

Estates will provide:
- Estates Business Lead for day to day engagement and provision of Estates resources.
- Governance via project oversight.
- Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to support the business requirements, background information and engagement with vendors.
- SME Team Leaders and/or Senior Users to review requirements, vendor engagement and support all implementation phase work.
- Business communications resource to assist in the creation and delivery of Estates-wide Programme and Project communications.
Project Governance
The project will be governed under existing IS and Estates arrangements. The project will report to WIS and IS Senior Management in the normal way. The project will be reported as part of the current Estates MIS portfolio owned by Zoe Stephens and managed by Mark Ritchie.
It is expected that the Project Manager will hold weekly team meetings with IS, Estates and Deister to review progress and will escalate any concerns within Estates, IS and Deister as required.
