This project follows on from project EST113 (Estates Security System Review - Analysis), and aims to integrate security systems which currently signal independently from other systems, within the Estates department, namely camera system, alerts system and call handling system.  This addresses a need to reduce false fire alarms from 98.6% to less than 10%, and to mitigate known risk through managed responses.

The scope of this project is:

- Determine detailed business requirements;

- Determine and design a technically feasible solution which is fit for business purpose;

- Solution Design and Procurement (as necessary);

- Proof of Concept (see project brief);

- Phased implementation plan for all sites including costs, benefits, risks and timescsales.
