Achievements in July:

The ToR has been approved. This covers the requirements for three related project proposals:

  • AP12-003 (FIN) - PAYE
  • AP23-005 (HRS) - HR Tax Year End 12/13
  • AP23-007 (HRS) - Real Time Tax Year End / Real Time Information

It was agreed at the ToR review meeting on 30th July that the AP23-007 objective to upgrade the University's HMRC file transfer process would be removed from scope. This was the only objective that required Business Analysis. Consequently, the Business Analysis stage has been removed from this project.

The follow-on project in the HR/Payroll programme will take the ToR forward into the technical and delivery stages.
