15/1/13 Testing Infinite with EFIN

General information
Adam and Michael explained how Infinite interfaces to EFIN,
A nighly job runs on Infinite which picks up any new projects. A package then
- (via database link) does a direct load of project information into powerpad.
- Puts information into the CLINk tables
An email is generated to FIS and RGS.
The FIS team check the info in the CLINK tables and upload into EFIN.
(In TEST. Michael will also get a message)
Date of EFIN clone
The EFIN database was cloned from LIVE on 8th October, which was after the powerpad changes were signed off.
How to test
Adam suggested sending two proposals through from Infinite TEST to EFIN TEST. This will require RGS to set the proposals as ready to transfer in Infinite. Adam was not aware of any reason that TEST Infnite can not be pointed at new EFIn TEST now.

It was agreed that Geir will take the lead in making the required updates ot the Interface document, making arrangements required for testing etc.
