Just send an e-mail to the relevant e-mail address and the UniDesk Mail Importer converts this to a Unidesk call. Apps Management have a UniDesk email address. The format/content of the e-mail should be agreed with the recipient. If the e-mail relates to an individual then include their e-mail address in the 'from' and this make the call visible in their queue. |

There is also a Dev version but this is shared across institutions to Alex advised to stick to Test. |

The card system is difficult to support as it was written by a student years ago in Postgress and will only run on a sunspark processor. It has been regarded as 'at risk' for years so a move away from the system would be appreciated. |

Requires cost centre (6 char), IDA code (10 char) and IDA name (45 char). Use STK031 to get an extract of all existing codes to eliminate duplicates from new file before loading as no validation occurs. James recommneded using one of the unused fields to hold a reference number in case a backout is needed (would help to identify the new records) |
