Achievements in Last Period

• The development of eStores Release 1 was completed on target on 29th October.  This release includes: -
  • barcode scanning mobile application for the new scanners
  • ID card printing
  • supporting order validation and error handling for scanned orders
• The planned go-live of Release 1 at Chemistry on w/c 29th October was not achieved due to the delayed delivery of the new barcode scanner devices which left insufficient time for user testing.  A revised go-live date of w/c 5th November has been agreed.
• User details have been set-up in eAuthorisations and eFinancials in preparation for the go-live of all 3 barcoded stores.

Issues

• Delayed delivery of barcode scanners
• Issues with seamless connection to the WiFi network

Next Steps

• Completion of Release 2.
