Project Brief

This project will deliver a number of small batches of  enhancements to Finance applications.  This is the current in a series of annual projects, which provide small scale improvements for Finance, over and above the "business as usual" support provided by Applications Management.

This project will be specific to the applications owned by Finance's FIS team.  The Project Sponsor is Elizabeth Welch.

Enhancements will be tracked via Jira, with a Jira issue for each item.  The full list of enhancements will be prioritised using the MOSCOW system.  The enhancements will be re-prioritised and selected prior to the start of each new batch, to allow flexibility and accommodate changing priorities.
