- The project has been funded from the In-Year contingency of the CSG portfolio and is restricted to a 20 day budget. If there is a need for an increase in funding then this would have to be sought from elsewhere.
Impact and Dependencies
- 3rd party availability of software to be downloaded for deployment.
- 3rd party support for the upgrade.
Assumptions
- The upgrade of Corporate Planner will be a single one-off project and won't warrant further work.
- The 3rd party recommendation to move to cloud and an SaaS solution will not be taken forward.
- The published timelines for the Core Systems Programme will be met with a fully capable and replacement working system.
