- Due to file formatting requirements there was the requirement to create three separate versions prior to be being accepted by Cardinus
- namely fields enclosed by double quotes
- new org hierarchy descriptions not in line with current PACE environment
- files processed for the first time and currently being reviewed by the business
- Automated process created to encrypt data transfer file at the point of creation
- Cron job has been created and can be run manually - can be switched on after production handover, post Industrial Action
