user data appears to have been tidied up
business reported issues with the new organisational structure - it would appear that the new structure has not replaced the old one in Cardinus, and instead it seems to have merged with it; there are a large number of duplicates and these are at different levels in the structure
Cardinus looking to resolve the issue by resetting the organisational levels of all users to the default root level and then delete all of the organisational structure., then re-run the most recent import file for the structure to be created each user allocated correctly. - This was actioned on Wednesday 26th February at 16.46 and would appear to heave resolved the issue
Issue searching on PACE reported whereby - if searching on a top level organisation no results appear, instead it appears that you need to search on the lowest organisational level
