- Authorisation received from Service Management to back populate visitors on Live
- Process run on 21/04/20 (due to IDM issues the previous day preventing this) resulting in 11,223 existing accounts
- Application changes deployed to Live on 21/04/20
- Application run on the live environment on 22/04/20 - file currently being checked
- New live file, including visitors, has been transferred and processed successfully
