An issue has been discovered on 19th May which has led to 51 duplicate records being created on the Cardinus application. Whilst the issue has been resolved, the cause was identified as a data issue dating back to September 2019, prior to this project
An issue has been reported regarding a missing email address - resolved after re-running file
An issue has been resolved regarding an individual being wrongly archived and this is being investigated
A report was received of an individual whose email address was not present. Re-running the file appears to have cleared this but the cause is unexplained
DSOR and Closure meeting held, but due to the last minute issue, the project will remain open and monitor the daily transfers for the next week
