Achievements this Period

  

  • The upgrade has now been stable since deployment on 31st May, for 4 weeks.
  • closure report completed.
  • Discussion about handover to production.

Issues 

  • BAU issue identified(27 jun Mjog issue I220627-1071)by the business lead.  This issue impacts the ability to finalise  a planned project task.
  • The deployment checklist has only been partially completed, this needs to be fully completed before project closure submission to Apps review. 

Next Steps 

  • Target to resolve the BAU Mjog issue and then complete the required test(current date 5 Jul). 
  • Finalise the deployment checklist. 
  • Full approval of the project closure report.
  • Submit to Apps Review to close the project.
