Achievements in last period:
  • Further changes needed to the XML code to ensure that the FTE calculation was returned correctly rounded as required by HESA
  • HR finalised updates required to data
  • HESA IDs created for REF'able staff outwith the HESA submission dates and transferred to PURE and the REF system
  • HESA submission committed within the timescales
  • Code changes to the XML retrospectivly change in the extract code for housekeeping

 

Issues:

  • Further last minute changes required to the XML code as the extract process could not be run again. The process for testing and the overall plan with associated risks need to be reviewed for future HESA submissions. 

Next Steps:

Complete all final housekeeping tasks, e.g. update SVS.
