This project will review the currect issues with reporting over the HR, Payroll and Pensions areas. Once the findings have been gathered and analysed, a plan will be created to deliver improvements to reporting in an iterative manner. The solution decided upon will be for the 'problem/new' reports only and will not necessarily be used as a standard for all HR, Payroll and Pensions reporting going forward.
The plan will be agreed with stakeholders and improvements will be prioritised. These improvements will then be implemented via a series of software implementations.
Enhancements will be applied, in priority order, until the project budget is used up.
