The University has changed all Hours to be Notified (HTBN) contracts to Guaranteed Hours (GH) contracts. HTBN contracts formally ceased on 31 October 2014.

There are centrally managed University systems which still contain the HTBN terminology. It is highly desirable that these systems and any outputs, eg reports, have HTBN removed and GH implemented as soon as possible. This will eliminate any risk of confusion for employees that were on the decommissioned HTBN contracts and the HR teams across the University.

This project will remove HTBN from  the Central Systems and outputs and implement Guaranteed Hours (GH).

It is one of three projects to be completed by July 2016.

The other two projects are:

1. HRS084: Business Analysis project to gather requirements for the management of and reporting on Guaranteed Hours contracts - to complete in 14/15

2. Technical Design and Implementation project for managing and reporting on Guaranteed Horus contracts - to commence in 15/16.
