Achievements in the Last Period
- The issue that led to the failed SSO authentication was investigated and understood
- Milestones were updated
- The TAD was completed and passed to Production (DEV environment and EASE Authentication)
- Script changes were made and EASE authentication (SSO) was applied to Xerte - TEST
- TEST Xerte with EASE authentication was signed off on TEST
- Script changes were rolled out / deployed to LIVE - Tuesday 26-Feb-2019
- A draft Project Closure Report has been prepared
Issues
- Issue #11: Additional Budget After EASE Authentication Investigation / Fix Put in Place - EASE authentication has proved more challenging / longer to code / implement than expected. Applying authentication has cost an additional 14 days of effort, including a failed deployment attempt, an investigation into the failed EASE Deployment / applying the subsequent code fix and then a final successful deployment to LIVE. The project is AMBER as a result.
Next Steps
- Finalise / agree the Operational Level Agreement (OLA)
- Get the TAD signed off by Production
- Review / finalise the Closure Report
- Close the Project
