    • Conference call held to clarify aspects regarding the go-live and subsequent training

  • Database Migration 
    • Continued to investigate missing 2020 data 
    • Individual analysis of individual tables highlighted a discrepancy with the number of records in teh Counselling Session table between UoE and SalesAgility.  It would appear that approximately 500 records had been dropped.  
    • Database subsequently re-sent via SFTP and confirmation that table rows matched

    • UAT is on-going with issues noted regarding missing consultations
    • Noted that 2020 data is not present
    • Review of source data confirmed 2020 data present
    • Discovered that the supplier development team had used the wrong data file in error
    • 2020 data has now been loaded.  However not all 2020 data appears to be present
  • Single Sign On 
    • on going testing with Live environment

    • Project Manager still experiencing difficulties in accessing live site after successfully authenticating 
    • Additional accounts created on the live site for the business lead and technical lead to assist with testing

    • The issue has been resolved that was preventing access to the test site and so testing can now continue

    • SalesAgility have advised that the new database conversion has been completed and is ready to test in the secure UAT environments.  Along with teh conversion comes a number of factors that require further consideration by HopePark.   The business lead will now commence UAT and commence review.  Meeting scheduled for Monday 6th April to review progress
