Resources, Skills and Costs
SSP, IS Apps and Project Services days: the HSS029 project budget for 18/19 has been estimated at 54d (days).
Key project delivery resources include:
- 0.2 FTE Developer support (from the Software Development, IS Development Services team)
- 0.2 FTE PM (from Project Services)
Additional resource effort from CAHSS, including support from the Business Lead/Senior User and UAT testers (during the project acceptance testing period) is also required.

- Project progress will be reported in line with IS Applications monthly reporting process.
- Each key project milestone will be assessed in detail by the project team before formal reporting to WIS.

Terms of Reference:
Key responsibilities of the Committee include:
- Ensure the HSS029 project's scope aligns with the requirements of the stakeholder groups;
- Provide the project team with guidance on project business issues;
- Ensure effort and expenditure are appropriate to stakeholder expectations;
- Address any issues that have major implications for the project;
- Keep the project scope under control as emergent issues force changes to be considered, and
- Reconcile differences in opinion and approach, and resolve disputes arising from them;
