This project will conduct a review of the business processes and systems at the Centre for Open Learning, documenting the "as is" and identifying a "to be" with the aim to:
- improve and streamline business processes
- consolidate/integrate with centrally supported applications where possible
- identify an upgrade path for existing applications , namely;
- CESAR, OLLBook (both are approaching end of Life (EOL))
- CLASS
- adopt a user centric view
