Priority and Funding

 

This project's priority is Normal.

This project funding is 40 days  comprised from:

  • 20 days CAHSS's CORE Ring-Fenced budget
  • 20 days from Service Management's RDS budget ITSR20-3.2 (Service management RDS/Account management/Visitor Registration)

Please note that this 40 days budget and funding will only cover the project to the end of Systems Analysis and Design. Further budget will be required for Implementation.

 

Impact and Dependencies

No direct dependencies but there are several other projects active that are related to this project:

LIB002: Is looking at improving the VRS load to the library system Alma

HSS033: Is completing a Business Process and Systems Review for COL

All PMs and BAs on this project and on LIB002 and HSS033 are aware of the work ongoing and have agreed to keep each other informed of any cross-over relevance.

There is an ITI project - ENT212 - which is looking at Multi-factor authentication and conditional access. The PMs will maintain awareness of expected delivery from ENT212 and HSS034 to ensure any impact is understood.

In addition, the People and Money programme is also looking at how to issue credentials to people before they are members of staff (IE at the point of a contract being offered but before accepting the offer). This is similar to Objective 4 in this project.
