Project Governance
This project will follow the standard project governance in Project Services.
The project will be delivered in sprints of work to meet the short deadline.
The project team will meet on a weekly basis.
Any changes to major milestones (Initiation, Planning, Delivery, Closure) will be approved by the Project Sponsor, Project Team and submitted to Apps Review.
