This project will on-board the Business School and associated CRM data which resides on a standalone instance of Salesforce onto the University's IRM hosted on Salesforce. The current Salesforce licences for the Business School are due to expire in January 2024 . There is the requirement to align to the University's platform to support their communication and engagement activities.
