ISSUE: Lack of available PM means the project couldn't be initiated in August as expected. IMPACT: Delays in getting access to the CRM means the Business School cannot progress with their plan for additional student engagement which support the student recruitment. NEXT STEPS: Service Management will act as PM to initiate the project in October. CRM manager and CRM architect are starting preparatory work. Identify a PM to take the project forward asap.
